It has been an interesting year, to say the least. Not just from a Tech or BlackBerry stand point, but from the entire world.

As we move into the new year, we want to do it with style! With that in mind, we are in the middle of website remodel. When we are finished, BlackBerryStuff.invioe.com will have a new look, a new App & Accessory store, as well as a new sister site (which we are being a bit “hush – hush” about), until its launch during the fist week of 2012.

For some reason, I have had a lot of issues lately that have left me to deal with Customer Support at several of my favorite app companies, as well as service providers. To say the least,most of  the experiences were less than helpful, and some of the responses were simply unacceptable.

After these issues, (most of them, still unresolved), I thought it was high time to give our readers a review of the people that they will have to deal with should the readers experience issues, THE CUSTOMER SERVICE DEPARTMENTS.

Like I said, I have spoken with several companies that a lot of BlackBerry users will have to deal with, so be sure to check back tomorrow for a full report. See which companies can pack their wait, and see which ones should just pack it in!

Now, don’t get it twisted. I absolutely Love Kobo, but I also Love to read! Sometimes, it isn’t possible to get all of the ebooks that we want from just one source. With that in mind, you can now access your Kindle library from your BlackBerry PlayBook. It isn’t perfect mind you, but it is possible.
Until now, I have had to read the ebooks in my Kindle library on my BlackBerry Bold, which is great, but for those of us with a PlayBook, it just isn’t the same, now, is it?.

Amazon has released their Kindle Cloud Reader to the public, and so far, so good. I do have to say, that this app was not designed with the BlackBerry PlayBook in mind, (Hey, there’s something new. Why is everyone so afraid of the PlayBook?), When you first start out, you have to view the page in portrait mode on your PlayBook. If not, you will not be able to get passed the first page. Once you have signed in, and gotten past the first page, you can view your library in either mode. ( Don’t ask me why, I have no idea..lol.)

So flip that PlayBook into “portrait mode” and head on over to http://read.amazon.com, and sign into your account. Once you have signed in, you will have full access to your Kindle library, so Read On!
