It has been an interesting year, to say the least. Not just from a Tech or BlackBerry stand point, but from the entire world.
As we move into the new year, we want to do it with style! With that in mind, we are in the middle of website remodel. When we are finished, BlackBerryStuff.invioe.com will have a new look, a new App & Accessory store, as well as a new sister site (which we are being a bit “hush – hush” about), until its launch during the fist week of 2012.

I’ll bet that you are all thinking that I have forgotten about the “Customer Service Reviews” write up. Well, I have not forgotten, I am waiting on all of the results to come in. Given the amount of time that it is taking, I bet you can figure out that some of these reviews are not exactly Spectacular…(hence the article)!
As soon as we get all of our information in, we will get that out to you, so that you can see who is backing up their products.
For some reason, I have had a lot of issues lately that have left me to deal with Customer Support at several of my favorite app companies, as well as service providers. To say the least,most of the experiences were less than helpful, and some of the responses were simply unacceptable.
After these issues, (most of them, still unresolved), I thought it was high time to give our readers a review of the people that they will have to deal with should the readers experience issues, THE CUSTOMER SERVICE DEPARTMENTS.
We apologize for the broken links from some of the content on the web site. We are aware of the problem, and are currently in the process of trying to get to the bottom of the issue.

Now, don’t get it twisted. I absolutely Love Kobo, but I also Love to read! Sometimes, it isn’t possible to get all of the ebooks that we want from just one source. With that in mind, you can now access your Kindle library from your BlackBerry PlayBook. It isn’t perfect mind you, but it is possible.
Until now, I have had to read the ebooks in my Kindle library on my BlackBerry Bold, which is great, but for those of us with a PlayBook, it just isn’t the same, now, is it?.

If you pre-ordered your BlackBerry PlayBook from Staples, you may want to call and check on the order. Due to the fact that the order number will change when the item is available for shipment, it is causing some confusion for the banks and credit card companies.
If you pre-ordered from Staples, you were issued an order number upon placing your original order. Later, Staples sent out another email stating that the order number would be changed once the PlayBooks were ready to be shipped. Because of this “order number change”, in my case any way, it has caused some confusion with the bank & I am on hold with Staples as I write this, trying to get it sorted it out.

On a happier note, according to the web rumors, the BlackBerry PlayBook’s wi-fi version will be available from retailers on April 11th! WooHoo! I can’t wait to hold it in my hot, little hands!

There is a new trend taking off in BlackBerry App World. Artist specific music apps. There are not a lot of them, but I am hoping that this is a trend that will continue to grow. All of our regular readers at BlackBerryStuff.invioe.com know that I am always looking for new and free apps in BlackBerry App World. Well, today, I found a few for all of our music fans.
There are several great music apps available, (ie: Pandora, 7 Digital Music Store, iHeart Radio, and Slacker, to name just a few.) With these new apps, you can keep up with your favorite music artists. Most of the apps have their latest news, music, clips of videos, interviews, tour info, and a lot more.
Who are these artists? Well, I’ll tell ya! Keep in mind, most of these apps require BlackBerry OS 6, and a device that has wi-fi.
