For some reason, I have had a lot of issues lately that have left me to deal with Customer Support at several of my favorite app companies, as well as service providers. To say the least,most of the experiences were less than helpful, and some of the responses were simply unacceptable.
After these issues, (most of them, still unresolved), I thought it was high time to give our readers a review of the people that they will have to deal with should the readers experience issues, THE CUSTOMER SERVICE DEPARTMENTS.
